HTY-DI1000D

On-line Total Organic Carbon Analyzer system

Introduction

HTY-DI1000D On-line TOC Analyzer system is a device used for monitoring TOC concentrations in the water samples with high sensitivity and accuracy. HTY-DI1000D on-line TOC analyzer is composed of one data terminal ODT061-line TOC and multiple OET061-line TOC detection unit. Data terminal is responsible for collecting and displaying for each detection unit, with data storage, export, print, alarm functions, up to 8 detection units can be connected. Each unit has its own oxidation detection and detector, detecting TOC of water samples of each monitoring point.

Features 

1. A data terminal can be configured at most eight detection units so that the analyzer can detect eight points simultaneously.
2. It realized the function of online multi-point, continuous testing on the water supply system ; which is cost-effective , ease to operate, and can reduce the workload.
3. 8 monitoring points data are displaying together, and can be centralized-controlled; and it displays TOC, conductivity and temperature values at the same time.
4. Analysis interval time and data storage interval can be set arbitrarily .
5. With automatic limit alarm output function, it reminds the operator timely when data anomalies.
6. With deadline countdown function of the UV light, it calculates the UV lamp usage time accurately.
7.Data can be stored and for reference , and it can save more than 5 years’ data.
8. With USB interface, can export data through the U disk.
9. A print output.
10. Detection mode can be switched off for testing, calibration and validation.
11. Without adding acid reagent, oxidants, and any gas, no additional maintenance fees.

Applications
