Summary
This instrument is designed for cleaning the vacuum capillary viscometer tubes.It is an ideal instrument for cleaning the capillary viscometer tube for testing the asphalt(or high-viscosity oils).
This instrument can be widely used in the asphalt or heavy oils factories, end-users, scientific institutions and colleges.
Main technical features
1.Water bath heating style. Different solvents shall be used to clean the capillary viscometer tubes according to different samples.
2. The operator can clean the viscometer tubes in two directions by some switches on the panel.
3. The whole cleaning pipeline is closed. The waste gas can be removed outside the room via the pipeline.
4. Desktop structure. Easy to operate. Less solvent consumption. High cleaning efficiency. Only 1-2 min is needed for cleaning one piece of tube. About 80ml solvents are used for cleaning one time.
