The instrument is designed and made as per T0751-1993 “Emulsified Asphalt Slurry Seal Mixture Consistency Test” in the Traffic Standard of People’s Republic of China JTG E20-2011 “Highway Engineering Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures Test Code” .It is suitable to determine the consistence of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture and test paving peaceability to confirm the ratio design of the appropriate water of emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture .
