Membrane Filter
INTRODUCTION
In the applications of membrane separation technology, microporous membrane filter is the most widely application
and easy to use. High flow rate, high particle entrapment rate, good temperature resistance,resistance to strong acid, strong alkali, organic solvents and antioxidant, ageing resistance and not sticky, incombustible, and non-toxic, good biocompatibility, etc. It's material divided into two categories: organic and inorganic, as the separation characteristics of microporous membrane filter, it is mainly used for retaining from gas phase and liquid phase particles, bacteria and other pollutants, in order to achieve the purpose of Ipurification, separation and enrichment. For microfiltration membrane intercept features based on the pore size of the membrane, usually in 0.1-1μm, so the microfiltration membrane can seprate the large diameter of the bacteria, suspended solid and so on. It can be used as general material liquid clarification, security filters, air aseptic, widely used in scientific research, medical science,biochemistry, food, energy, microelictronics industry, nano technology, environmental protection and other departments.
APPLICATIONS
The product is mainly used in mobile phase of chromatographic analysis and sample filter, to protect the chromatographic column and infusion pump pipe system and the sampling valve is not contaminated. Widely used in gravimetric analysis, trace analysis, colloid separation and sterility test.
According to the filter samples to choose the appropriate membrane filter.

Low protein binding and lysate rate.
Application:
Liquid clarification, aseptic filtration and particle filter.
PES:
Material From 1965 German company.
Hydrophilic membrane, high chemical and thermal stability.
Strong acid and alkali resistance(PH 1~14), high mechanical strength.
High flow rate and high speed, the highest is PES at present.
The lowest protein binding and lysate rate, can improve the recovery rate of protein, the best choice of ion chromatography.
With broad medicinal compatibility.
The lowest rate of dissolution.
Epoxy ethane sterilization and autoclaving (30min/121C).
Application:
Biological pharmaceutical industry and serum filtration, antibiotics etc. terminal filter.
Food beverage industry, wine, etc.terminal filter,the terminal filtration of ultrapure water.
PTFE:
Material From 1915 USA.
Hydrophobic membrane, after treated by ethanol or isopropyl become into a hydrophilic membrane, hydrophilic membrane can be natural moist, hydrophobic membrane cannot.
High temperature resistant, resistant to strong acid, strong alkali organic solvent and antioxidant.
Good chemical compatibility, resistant to most chemical solvents.
Application:
Used for water, solvent aseptic filtration.
Gas aseptic filtration and vacuum filtering.
High purity gas filtration of electronics industry.
Steam filter.
The food industry of fermentation tank, storage tank, mixing tank sterile exhaust filter.
PVDF:
Hydrophobic membrane, moisture absorption, after treated by ethanol or isopropyl become into a hydrophilic membrane.
Low protein adsorption.
Resistance to chemical corrosion and oxidation resistance.
Application:
Western and Southern transfer and protein sequences.
Protein solution, tissue culture of antibiotics and other liquid aseptic filtration.
Acids, alcohols, alkanes, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbon solvent to remove particles.
Aerosols in the air purification and air in addition to the bacteria in the fermentation industry.
Insolubles in oil purification and the analysis of the weight of the solid particles.

MCE:
Smooth surface and light texture, high porosity, good intercept effect.
Good hydrophilicity, water flux.
Uniform micropore structure, low adsorption rate.
Not resistant to organic solution or acid alkali solution, filtration resistance pH 2-9, just services agent medicine or other water solvent.
Application:
Laboratory, Small production process sterilization, removing particles.
Sterilization and filtration of media and nutrient Fluid.

PP:
Deep filter.
Stable physical and chemical performance,good compatibilities.
High porosity, the ability of recoil and high temperature disinfection.
Good pressure resistance.
Application:
Biological macromolecular sediment filter.
Prefiltering.
