1. The disposable lofting 30, the instrument can automatically send samples, sample, test cycle, setting out after the whole process without manual operation, at any time to change, to replace the sample analysis process.
2. Adopt the advanced PID algorithm for temperature control, furnace temperature control precision can reach ±1℃, thermostatic chamber and gas tank temperature control precision can reach±1℃.
3. Adopt the absolute pressure sensor for monitoring instrument gas pressure, automatic air tightness detection of gas and furnace, thermal conductivity, infrared tank, gas tank.
4. The instrument adopts the measured infrared spectrum of carbon and hydrogen absorption, nitrogen by conductivity method, fast test speed, high degree of automation.
5. The experiment can choose "automatic cooling" option after completion of the experiment, after completion of the experiment the computer will automatically shutdown and automatic cooling apparatus, unattended operation without the need for personnel at the end of the test and manual shutdown cooling.
6. The experiment report can be written according to customer requirements, reduce customer workload.
