Micro Spectrophotometer
Nano-400 is a basic model of UV-VIS micro-volume Sectrophotometer designed for analyzing the concentration and purity of Nucleic Acid (DNA/RNA). It takes the measurements at wavelength of 230nm, 260nm, 280nm, with a sampe of 0.5-2ul. The Nano-400 can automatically complete the measurement within 5 seconds.
