Automatic microplate washer
Introduction
The automatic microplate washer is used to clean some residual substances after the detection of the ELISA plate, so as to reduce the errors caused by the residues in the subsequent detection process. It is widely used in scientific research laboratories, quality inspection bureaus, agricultural animal husbandry, feed enterprises, food enterprises and other testing fields.
Characteristics:
1. The amount of residual liquid is low, with an average of ≤0.65 μL per well, which effectively eliminates high background signals, and the results of enzyme label analysis are more reliable.
2. Adopts 7-inch high-definition color screen display, full capacitive touch, intuitive and convenient operation, friendly human-computer interaction.
3. The microplate can be soaked and shaken at the same time, and the soaking is more thorough.
4. It has three kinds of linear vibration plate strength, high, medium and low, with low vibration noise.
5. The instrument has an automatic flushing function, and the pipeline in the washing bottle has a built-in filter screen, which can effectively avoid pipeline blockage.
6. With single-point, two-point and multi-point suction modes, cleaning is more thorough.
7. Can set to perform single, cross-row, and whole-board cleaning;
8. Pipeline flushing and distilled water washing functions can be set, and the flushing time can be adjusted.
9. With a pause function, can also continue to completely perform the subsequent plate washing procedures .
10.The instrument has the function of liquid level monitoring, which continuously monitors the liquid level status.
11. Automatic alarm function when the washing bottle is used up, automatic alarm function when the waste liquid bottle is full, and automatically stop the operation.
12. It can store 500 washing programs, and the program supports 99 times cycles.
13. Support 8-pin, 12-pin needle cleaning head, and the cleaning head can be disassembled for cleaning.
14. Suitable for flat bottom, U-shaped, V-shaped and C-shaped microplates.
15. The position of the cleaning head is accurate to 0.1mm, suitable for various 96-well microplates.
16. The pipe joint connection adopts snap button, which is convenient for installation.
17. Insert the mouse into the USB port to operate the instrument, and support importing, exporting programs and updating the system from the U disk.
