G-9 series double beam scanning UV-visible spectrophotometer is designed by Philes for professional customers who need high requirements of accurate measurement in the organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, food testing, medicine and health, environmental protection, life sciences and other fields of scientific research and production. Using the latest technology and electronic control systems, optimizing the traditional optical design and structural design to make sure the accuracy, stability, durability while expand new functionality; original Heraeus deuterium lamp imported from German to ensure the stability and reliability.
Function:
1.Variable bandwidth, suitable for different samples and different test requirements
2.Photometric measurements: sample can be easily measured absorbance and transmittance at the specified wavelength. Multi-wavelength pinpoint
3.test can be simultaneously test up to 30 wavelengths
4.Quantitative analysis: automatically build standard curve, optional one-class and zero-class linear regression, second-class and third-class curve fitting, single and double wavelength calibration and three-point method; with store standard curve to facilitate future testing
5.Qualitative Analysis: The scanning speed is adjustable, filter position can be fine-tuned, spectrum processing including scaling, smoothing, filtering, peak detection etc
6.Dynamic testing, enzyme kinetics reaction rate.
7.DNA \ RNA, protein test function: built-in specified formula to get the final result directly
8.USB data interface with online dedicated PC workstation, with more powerful function and data processing capabilities.

1.Light source correction mechanism, the light source will be locating the best position when self-testing each time so that it can fix the offset focus position possibly caused by vibration during the transportation and the user don’t have to debugging light source after change it
