Summery
PSA-635 Wet sieve instrument for the determination barite and mud of silt content, the drilling on the filter, washed with water and filtered drilling fluid, determination sand content of barite and mud, and draw sieve residue percentage. Wet sieving instrument works based on water through a predetermined pressure (Obtained by the reducing valve pressure get pressure gauge shows the pressure should be 10psi) Through the nozzles within the prescribed time required for measurement of drilling fluid or barite on the screen (220 mesh or 325 mesh) water sieving (wet sieve) to give over the percentage of the screen.
Wet sieving instrument operating pressure and effective area of filter loss in all API standards, drilling cup capacity of 400ml.
