Manual Sample Injection Valves
7725i Manual Sample Injection Valves is the most advanced Sample Injection Valves for HPLC at present. It adopts the all-in method and Partially-in method for the dosing loop. Which can deal with the sample volume of 1μl and 5μl. The precision of quantify is 1%. In the mode that the dosing loop are completely filled, the precision would be higher. The normal working pressure is set as 34Mpa. If adjusting the pressure button behind the handle, the working pressure can reach 48Mpa. The 7752i Sample Injection Valves equipped a standard 20μl loop.

Apart from functions that model 7125 have, 7752i Sample Injection Valves also have following 5 functions:
1. When switching the sampling mode and injection mode, the continues flow will not be cut off. (Exactly the proprietary technology MBB of Rheodyne company).
2. The pressure button behind the handle makes seal control more simple.
3. The angle range of channel connection is increased, making the use of sample injection valves more convenient.
4. It is equipped with build in triggering unit(position sensor switch only for sample injection valves with I Suffix).
5. Optional 2μl build in ultramicro- loop and accessories.
The new rotor seal allows 30,000 times of sampling. The patented design of needle course enables the ultramicro- injection needle reach the border of loop, which avoid the sample loss.
There is a build in sensor in 7725i, providing the start signal for integrating instruments and work station.
