Automatic Colony Counter

The traditional colony counting method adopts artificial naked eye count or eye count with the help of magnifying glass with light source. The operators often have low counting efficiency and large deviation of counting results due to different visual fatigue and identification experience. In addition, manual report filling, data easy to lose, non-standard storage, original sample information can not be saved and can not be traced, which brings great trouble to the experimental personnel or managers.
The ICON series automatic colony counter, based on the embedded professional colony form library and Al intelligent memory recognition technology, completely replaces the manual naked eye count, greatly saves counting time, improves counting accuracy, and realizes digital management. ICON is widely used in biomedicine, inspection and quarantine, disease control, quality supervision, environmental monitoring, food hygiene and research institutes of microbial colony detection & analysis and scientific research.
Application
Pour method/plating method plate counting
Microbial colonies and color spots (such as cell staining) can be counted with one click, and the original and counted sample pictures can be saved to meet the requirements of traceability. It can distinguish colonies of different sizes and shapes, distinguish impurities and bubbles, and avoid wrong counting.
Spiral plate counting
The spiral inoculation plate can be quickly counted, and the system can automatically identify and count the colonies in the whole dish, and automatically distinguish the colonies in high fusion state.
Contact plate counting
The contact plate can be quickly counted, and the system automatically distinguishes the grid lines on the contact plate to avoid colony recognition interference caused by the grid lines.
Glove imprinting plate counting
The glove imprinting plate can be quickly counted, and it has a high degree of discrimination between irregular colonies and overlapping colonies, and can be intelligently identified, fully reaching the level of human eyes.
Filter membrane plate counting
Because the diaphragm is opaque and the background color is light, the top machine vision lighting can perform stereoscopic imaging of the colony and achieve accurate counting through intelligent identification.
Fluorescent colony analysis (optional)
Full dark room sample warehouse, to ensure that ICON can effectively capture weak fluorescence signals, PM-Suit powerful analysis ability can analyze the strength of fluorescence signals, and count fluorescent colonies.
