Main module introduction
HCT series high precision thermostatic bath
1. The dual chamber principle design and unique circulating way ensures the very small temperature gradient and high temperature precision in the whole measurement chamber and the evenness degree of the temperature less than 0.01C(in coordination with CR series flow refrigerator).
2. The dual chamber design ensures that the liquid level of measurement chamber keeps constant for a long time without being affected by evaporation of the bath preparation and the consistency with environment in the measurement process.
3. Security: with high and low bath alarm function, it has the function of automatic disconnection heating protection.
4. The temperature control part of the bath and the bath body can be easily disassembled and separated to facilitate cleaning of the blending area of the bath.
5. The originally imported temperature controller has high precision of temperature control and self-adaption PID regulation function.
6. With double layer transparent windows and unique lighting design, we can directly observe the interior part of the bath and the test process.
7. The inner liner adopts seamless welding technology and is made of stainless steel, which ensure the reliability of long-term use.
8. It can satisfy 1-6 automatic or manual measurements.
IV Viscosity measurement unit
1. IV viscosity measurement unit can be connected to IV-MC main controller by USB data line.
2. Sensor
1). Intelligent near-infrared photoelectric sensor can achieve the precision of measurement time of millisecond.
2). Material: The stainless steel armor has good corrosion resistance and long service life.
3). Special detection way and intelligent near-infrared photoelectric sensor can satisfy the samples of different colors, including absolute black master-batch.
3. The precise and stable positioning can achieve the measurement distance of ISO 40mm in line with the standard.

IV-MC main controller and V1.0 operation system
1. IV-MC main controller is the central module of automatic viscometer system, junction center between each measuring unit and PC. The control system can be connected to maximum 6 IV connecting units with only one data line for each measuring unit.
2. Junction way between IV-MC main controller, IV measuring unit and PC terminal: USB
3. Software supports Win7, Win8 and XP system.
4. It can control maximum 6 measuring units at the same time.
5. Privilege management function.
6. Measuring result storage and print function.
7. Auto supplementary detection function(Detection result beyond the set deviation value).
