Petroleum Product Distillation Tester
Summary
The instrument is designed and made as per standards GB/T6536 Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products and ASTM D86 Standard Test Method of Distillation for Petroleum Products at Atmospheric Pressure. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, special boiling point solvent, naphtha, diesel oil, distillate and similar petroleum products.
I.Main technical features
1. The instrument adopts aquartz heating furnace form to ensure the safety of the test, and the
heating power is continuously adjustable.
2.The height of the flask is adjusted by the lifting device, and the observation window of high-temperature and heat-insulating glass is equipped to observe the whole test process.
3.The condensate pipe water bath has temperature control function, which can be set and adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0 ℃ ~ 60 ℃. The temperature in the bath is uniform and meets the test requirements.
4.The instrument is equipped with a cylinder receiving chamber, which can measure the distillation range of gasoline.
