BT-2001 Laser Particle Size Analyzer
BT-2001 laser particle size analyzer is the first high performance instrument which can be used under both dry and liquid system in China. Dry sample preparation system includes silent air compressor, air filter, automatic dry dispersing system, sample collector etc. In dry condition, sample is evenly transported to high pressure draft through the automatic sample injector, driven by high pressure air, sample sprays continuously into disperser with high speed. When sample gets to the exit of disperser, it has been fully dispersed. After going through laser beam of BT-2001 analyzer, sample enters into the collector. At the same time, the computer immediately shows particle size distribution information. BT-801 automatic circulating and dispersing system is liquid sample preparation system, including agitator, ultrasonic disperser, circulating pump, testing window and tubes, etc. Test windows used for dry and liquid test can be easily switched, which realizes one instrument with several purposes. Test zone of BT-2001 laser particle size analyzer adopts high quality semiconductor laser and photoelectric receiver array with high sensitivity, uses the multichannel data conversion circuit, serial data transmission mode, automatic alignment system and a series of advanced technology and manufacturing process, so that the instrument has advantages of accuracy, reliability, rapid test, good repeatability, simple operation, and wide application. This instrument is especially suitable for laboratories in the comprehensive research institutions, universities and industries (e.g. magnetic materials, pharmaceutical, cement, etc.) whose particles cannot be tested in liquid condition.

Dry Mode
Magnetic powders: NdFeB powder, soft magnetic powder, hard magnetic powder, ferrite, cobalt powder, iron powder etc.
Unsuitable for liquid condition: cement, western medicine, Chinese medicine, health products, food, chemical materials, etc.
Hydrophobic powders: various of modified mineral powder, organic compound powder.

Features
Set dry and liquid test in one; both dry and liquid method are modular design, only two minutes for switching between dry and liquid method. The whole system is almost suitable for testing all powders.
In dry sample preparation system, sample feeding, air supply, testing, collection, etc are all controlled by computer, all steps will be automatically completed according to the preset program, it is easy to operate.
Dry dispersion system with unique design, it guarantees powder is fully dispersed when it goes through the measurement window by methods of shear, inertia, collision etc.
By adopting the oil free& silent air compressor and efficient water filter, which ensure that pure compressed air can be produced, at the same time, has advantages of low noise, self start, self stop and long operation time etc.
Liquid sample preparation system, it has functions of automatic water inflow, automatic drainage, automatic cleaning, ultrasonic timing dispersing, flow rate adjustment, water level detection etc. has advantages of easy operation, fully dispersion and accurate test results.
3D automatic focusing system consists of precision hybrid stepping motor, precision guide rail, lead screw, connecting axle, and subdivision controller, whose minimum step is 1.3 micron, which ensures focus of laser beam is always on the detector center, thus improves the accuracy of the test results.
Calibration accuracy: all instruments are passed calibration based on the standard sample, which fully guarantee the accuracy of the instrument's test results. Meanwhile, the standard sample is provided along with the instrument, users can check the accuracy of the instrument at any time, avoid any losses brought by inaccurate results which are caused by drifting of the instrument, voltage fluctuation etc.
