Laboratory Stirrer/Mixer
l. Introduction
It is developed on basis of 6511, Df25, D90-1 and JB series electric stirrer. The permanent magnet DC motor with a strength--increasing and speed--governing circuit has advantages of increased moment at low speed, stable speed, no noises, continuous speed adjust and long time operation. The stainless steel stirring bar can resist corrosion. The instrument is an essential testing equipment for laboratory technicians and is widely used in universities and colleges and the laboratories of various industries like environment protection, sanitation, medical treatment, chemicals and foodstuff.
II. Structure
The instrument is made up of frame, electric motor and controlling case. The stirring bar is to be installed on the lower end of the motor.

IV. Operation Method
Turn on the power, have the beaker ready and adjust the height of the motor. The supporting column and the horizontal bar can adjusted with screws. The set the speed needed and time. If timing is not necessary, turn the switch to "ON"
V. Precautions
1. Use 3--socket outlet with proper grounding
2. Adjust the speed from a low one to the needed.
3. When cleaning the instrument, keep liquid away from its internal parts
